1. Sample Orders

Please note that samples of wood flooring are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Unfinished Flooring: Refunds are available only if the flooring is damaged upon delivery.

Prefinished and Bespoke Items: Refunds or replacements are offered solely in cases where the items are faulty or damaged during transit.

3. Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our workshop in Isfield, East Sussex. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the cost of the return shipping after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the fault. Please provide a copy of the transport/courier receipt.

4. Return Period

You must return the goods within 30 days of delivery.

5. Reporting Damage

To qualify for a refund on damaged goods, contact our customer service at 01273 457 705 or email info@nakedfloors.com.

Photographs of the damaged goods should be taken at the time of delivery and included with your claim.

Report all damaged or missing items within 4 days of delivery. We will organize a replacement as soon as possible.

Damage related to personal preferences such as dislike of a knot or color variations between planks does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

6. Acceptance of Delivered Goods

Please check your flooring packs upon delivery to ensure there are no issues.

If you identify a problem after signing for delivery, please report it within 4 days. Photographic evidence is required.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned damaged goods, or upon receipt of satisfactory photographic evidence.

8. Disposal of Damaged Goods

Once a claim for damaged goods is accepted, you may be instructed to dispose of the damaged items safely; return may not be required.
