Q. What should I do to protect my floors?

A. Place mats at the exterior and interiors of front and back doors to help prevent the tracking of grit, dirt and sand

Q. How do I routinely care for my wood floors?

A. Weekly dust mopping or vacuuming is the most essential part of Wooden Floor care. A good quality dust mop or bristle headed vacuum attachment is the most effective method for cleaning dust and potentially damaging grit off the Floor

Q. How should I clean up spillages?

A. Lightly sponge mop with either plain lukewarm water or with a mild cleaning solution diluted with lukewarm water. After sponge mopping, wrap a dry cloth around a dust mop and wipe it across the Floor. The water or cleaning solution will loosen the dirt and the dry cloth will pick it up.
